Güneşli headquarters: sampling, CAD and showroom under one roof

The 10,500 m² Istanbul headquarters brings merchandising, Gerber CAD and a 35-machine sampling room together for faster development.

International partners usually start a programme in Güneşli, not on the factory floor. Our headquarters in Bağlar, Güneşli houses merchandising, the showroom and the sampling department.

Sampling runs on the Gerber CAD system with eight terminals, marker software, plotters and 35 dedicated sewing machines. Most samples leave the room in about 10 days, then move to Kırklareli for bulk on two stitching lines with inline quality control.

Buyers visiting Istanbul can review fabric from ISKO, Bossa, Orta, Tavex and Royo in the warehouse context — up to 500,000 metres held against order guarantees for NOS programmes.
