Over 30 Years of Denim Experience
Founded in 1994, System Denim is a Turkish garment manufacturer with more than three decades of experience in the fashion and denim industry.
With our headquarters in Istanbul and our manufacturing facility in Kırklareli, we bring together product development, production expertise, advanced technology and quality-focused manufacturing under one vision. Today, our team of 255 professionals supports an integrated manufacturing operation with a monthly production capacity of 150,000 garments. From denim jeans and jackets to shorts, skirts, dresses and non-denim garments, we provide flexible manufacturing capabilities for international fashion brands.

Kırklareli Factory
Our 13,500 m² manufacturing facility, located in the Kırklareli Industrial Zone approximately two hours from Istanbul, is at the heart of our production operations.

With over 30 years of denim expertise, System Denim combines strong denim manufacturing capabilities with exceptional skills in upper-group and fashion garments. Around 35% of our production is dedicated to jackets, shirts, dresses and other sophisticated styles, featuring advanced washes, embroidery, embellishments and detailed craftsmanship.

Stage 01 of 06
Quality starts with the right materials
Our fabrics are sourced from established suppliers in Türkiye, Europe and Pakistan. Our sourcing network includes manufacturers such as ISKO, Bossa, Sharabati, Tavex and Royo. For trims, System Denim works with established suppliers including YKK for zippers and Coats for threads. Our fabric warehouse has the capacity to store approximately 500,000 meters of fabric, supporting NOS orders and stock requirements based on order guarantees.

Stage 02 of 06
Where every product begins
Our sampling department transforms product concepts into production-ready garments. Supported by the Gerber CAD System, 8 terminals, dedicated marker technology and 35 sampling sewing machines, our team manages the sample development process with precision. Samples are prepared in approximately 10 days, helping our partners move efficiently from development to production.

Precision through technology
Precision at the cutting stage is essential for consistency throughout production. System Denim's cutting infrastructure includes automatic spreading technology and the GERBER Cutter XL 7200 automatic cutting system, supporting efficient and accurate preparation for production.

From concept to production
Our Kırklareli manufacturing facility operates two stitching lines, bringing production expertise and craftsmanship together. Quality is monitored throughout the sewing process with permanent inline quality control.

Stage 05 of 06
Technology meets denim
Washing and finishing give denim its individual character. System Denim combines modern washing and finishing technologies to achieve consistent effects while reducing the environmental impact of production. Laundry capacity is approximately 80,000 garments per month.

Stage 06 of 06
Quality at every stage
Quality control is integrated throughout our manufacturing process. Inline quality controls are carried out during production, followed by dedicated final inspection before packing. Before garments are packed, products are also checked with a metal detector to identify potential broken needle contamination. Our goal is simple: consistency and quality from the first production stage to the finished garment.

At System Denim, we believe manufacturing has a responsibility beyond production. Our sustainability approach focuses on reducing water consumption, lowering emissions, increasing the use of renewable energy and adopting technologies that reduce the environmental impact of denim manufacturing.

Renewable Energy
Renewable energy is an important part of our sustainability strategy. System Denim has installed 960 solar panels and now meets approximately 70% of its energy needs from renewable sources, reducing the carbon footprint of manufacturing.
Water Responsibility
Through new-generation Jet Wash technology, we reduce water consumption by approximately 30%. This technology enables System Denim to save approximately 24.5 million liters of water every year.
Reducing Emissions
Through specialized burner technology integrated into our boiling system, System Denim reports a 70% reduction in CO emissions.
Responsible Finishing
Our Ozone and Jet Wash technologies support our efforts to reduce water, chemical and energy consumption during denim washing and finishing. Laser technology also reduces the need for chemical applications in selected finishing processes while providing greater standardization.
