Jet Wash cuts water use by 30 percent

Tolkar Jet Wash technology at the Kırklareli laundry now saves approximately 24.5 million liters of water every year.

Washing gives denim its character, and it is also one of the most water-intensive stages of production. System Denim has therefore invested in Tolkar Jet Wash machines at the Kırklareli laundry.

The new-generation system reduces water consumption by approximately 30 percent compared with conventional wash routes, equivalent to about 24.5 million liters saved per year. Combined with ozone bleaching, the laundry can deliver consistent vintage and clean finishes with fewer chemicals.

Monthly laundry capacity remains around 80,000 garments, now with a smaller water footprint.
