PPM system from our R&D team improves laundry air quality

Where sandblasting is still specified by a brand, System Denim uses PPM — Particle Proof Management — a system developed by our own R&D team.

PPM collects dust generated during blasting and is part of a broader shift toward laser and ozone where the design allows it. The goal is straightforward: protect operators, keep the laundry floor cleaner and still match the vintage character buyers expect.

Health and safety investments of this kind sit next to BSCI and Sedex social audits as evidence that responsible manufacturing is operational, not only a policy document.
