For the coming season System Denim is holding monthly output between 100,000 and 150,000 pieces across jeans, denim jackets, shorts, skirts, shirts, dresses and non-denim.

Cutting is prepared on automatic spreading tables and the GERBER Cutter XL 7200. Sewing runs on two lines with permanent inline controllers. After production approval, typical bulk lead time is 4–6 weeks, depending on wash complexity and fabric availability from Türkiye, Europe or Pakistan.
