Quality starts with the right materials

Our fabrics are sourced from established suppliers in Türkiye, Europe and Pakistan. Our sourcing network includes manufacturers such as ISKO, Bossa, Orta, Tavex and Royo. For trims, System Denim works with established suppliers including YKK for zippers and Coats for threads. Our fabric warehouse has the capacity to store approximately 500,000 meters of fabric, supporting NOS orders and stock requirements based on order guarantees.

Where every product begins

Our sampling department transforms product concepts into production-ready garments. Supported by the Gerber CAD System, 8 terminals, dedicated marker technology and 35 sampling sewing machines, our team manages the sample development process with precision. Samples are prepared in approximately 10 days, helping our partners move efficiently from development to production.

Precision through technology

Precision at the cutting stage is essential for consistency throughout production. System Denim's cutting infrastructure includes automatic spreading technology and the GERBER Cutter XL 7200 automatic cutting system, supporting efficient and accurate preparation for production.

Stage 04 of 06

From concept to production

Our Kırklareli manufacturing facility operates two stitching lines, bringing production expertise and craftsmanship together. Quality is monitored throughout the sewing process with permanent inline quality control.

Stage 05 of 06

Technology meets denim

Washing and finishing give denim its individual character. System Denim combines modern washing and finishing technologies to achieve consistent effects while reducing the environmental impact of production. Laundry capacity is approximately 80,000 garments per month.

Stage 06 of 06

Quality at every stage

Quality control is integrated throughout our manufacturing process. Inline quality controls are carried out during production, followed by dedicated final inspection before packing. Before garments are packed, products are also checked with a metal detector to identify potential broken needle contamination. Our goal is simple: consistency and quality from the first production stage to the finished garment.
